Look at USAA app for some inspiration. Yours is sloppy and always down for maintenance.

Tried on my IPhone 6 Plus to transfer money from my account into my checking. No way to do it, customer service has no answer and the IT department is clueless. Only way is to go into a computer and process. Their newest update has not fixed it. Just hope you are not in an area that you can only use your phone to transfer money.

Worst designed app on my phone. Seems to log me out after every close. Why do they think I have this app? To check the market? There are litterally 100 apps out there that are better for this. Take this app off the App Store. It is basically false advertising.

I used to like this app, but I am no longer able to view charts for my Fidelity mutual funds in the app. I used to see the charts for these funds when I viewed a quote for these funds, but now the charts are gone since I did a recent app update. I still get charts on stocks and markets, why dont I see charts for mutual funds?

The app is stable and works well, but is lacking features some of their competitors have. It would be nice to be able to see my accounts or total balance in a chart form with customizable time tables.

Didnt even use the app, drained my battery in the background from 100-50 in 20 minutes

Honestly its one of my most used and most useful apps. Its really well designed and simple. Please dont change it

Love the fingerprint touch ID sign in feature. Use the check deposit feature routinely. Great to check balances and daily performance. Great app for these basic functions.

The Fidelity financial app keeps track of all your account information in a nice and neat application powered by Touch-ID. I like it and use it all the time to check on my cash and investment accounts. The UI could be better but does the job. CHECK IT OUT!

Ive had this app for about 2 years, use it at least weekly and never had any major problems. I love how easy it is for me to contribute to my retirement account through this

Doesnt allow you to add a bank account. Youll need to go to the website for that. Doesnt reset IRA contributions limit when funds dont go through. It still thinks I contributed even though the funds werent transferred.

I just tried to deposit a check, but the screen went black when I took the photo and it wont change.

I have been locked out of my accounts because Touch ID isnt working.

The app is fine for a quick check of my portfolio at the end of the trading day. I have had sketchy results with various other parts of the app so I rely on my computer to do any serious portfolio business. Also, every rep I have talked with has been outstanding. I call them my human app!

This is the best app in the industry! Hands down

Why do my account Day Changes, change so frequently and in large swings? Today for example, I made 570ish dollars, and then after market closing, I made 135ish dollars. Makes no sense.

The Mitek auto check photo taking technology fails more often than it works. I would rate you much higher if you got rid of it. Im tired of blurry check deposit photos that I have to retake many times.

The mobile check deposit feature is nice in theory, but whoever is in charge of programming it should be fired. I get error messages far more often than confirmation messages. My favorite is when the app tells me that the check was not filled out completely when its blatantly obvious that it was. Please fix ASAP.

I have used 2 apps from other brokerages for trading purposes. Fidelitys app is by far the worst of these 3. There are no order status, which also means I cant modify the trade on the app after it has been placed. And the quote provided me on the app was almost 20minutes delayed! Im also disappointed that the detailed charts do not provide more technical analysis such as the stochastics and bollinger bands. Overall this app, for the purpose of trading, is very limiting. Please make this app better!!
