One of the main reasons I use Fidelity is because of their web app and this app.

Save username feature doesnt work. I have four usernames saved for logging in. When I start the Fidelity app, the username I last logged in with is selected. When I use the dropdown in the app to select another username, enter the correct password for that username, and attempt to log in, the screen says "logging in" and eventually reverts back to the login screen and says Ive entered an incorrect password. The username I last logged in with (the one that was selected when I first opened the app), not the one I changed it to, is now selected in the drop-down. The only way to log in with a username other than the one I logged in with in the previous session is to select "Add a new username" from the drop-down and manually type a username that is already supposedly stored via the drop-down, which defeats the purpose of supposedly storing usernames at all. I originally reported this bug months ago but apparently Fidelity enjoys producing buggy mobile apps.

Crashes a lot. Had to reinstall.

Easy to use. I can deposit checks using my phone, check my balances, etc. I subtracted a star as the app makes you press a "log in" button rather than just automatically asking for you thumbprint. Why would one ever want to use the app without logging in?

Whenever I use this app I feel like Im using some kids 6th grade project. Display is pathetic, charts inadequate and quotes are delayed or just wrong. This app is a total embarrassment. Its really zero stars but that wasnt an option.

Great app to see a quick glance of your account or place a trade. The research section is basically worthless though. A screener or at least some thing the market feed provides better information

Would be better if it had more trade options ( like conditional trades)

The app is quite easy to use. I used it a lot to check my assets and watch list. Sometimes place or cancel orders. Advanced usage is to check notes associated with my watch list. Cancelling an order is not available immediate after the order was created. Otherwise, it works ok.

Great app does it all except Transfers from all accounts

Excellent customer support regarding app questions and issues. My number one financial app. Log in with finger ID is lightening fast, plenty of notification options in settings, good Apple Watch integration and Widget interface is fast and informative with essential information. Once in the app the user interface is mobile yet has the familiar full web site feel and look with few watered down features.

Easy set up. Easy managing trades. Gets the job done for me.

This application is very well written its a pleasure to use all the security features you would want. I wish my bank had something thats nice.

Totally what I expected from a financial institution, love the simplicity and that it looks so good

App is fairly straightforward and easy to navigate. Able to pay bills, transfer money, and check balances & watch list with ease. I still prefer using the desktop version for more extensive research, but you can get everything you need from the mobile app.
